Shipping: Free Standard Delivery available only to U.S. addresses; daily cut‑off is 5:00 PM PT; no installation or assembly services. Refunds: Eligible only for defective items or shipping damage, with damage reports required within 72 hours of delivery and defect claims within 30 days.
