This Shipping Policy governs every order placed through gobsmacked.shop. Our goal is to provide clear details regarding delivery timelines and expenses.

Where We Deliver

We deliver only to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii). Shipments are not sent to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any location outside the United States. Any order originating from outside the USA will be canceled.

Delivery Methods & Carriers

We provide Standard Delivery exclusively for all purchases. Expedited, express, or overnight shipping options are not available. Shipments are carried by trusted services such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package dimensions and destination. The carrier is chosen by us.

Shipping Cost (Free Delivery)

Complimentary Standard Delivery on every order. There are no extra fees, fuel surcharges, or handling charges. Free delivery covers only basic transportation; it does not include in-home setup, assembly, unpacking, or white‑glove services.

Cut‑off Time & Fulfillment

  • Daily cut‑off: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles).
  • Processing duration: 0–1 business day. Orders placed after the cut‑off or on weekends/holidays will start processing on the following business day.
  • Estimated transit: Typically 3–5 business days after fulfillment (this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date).

Tracking & Arrival

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.

  • No add‑on fees: There are no optional shipping charges. Everything is included in the free delivery offer.
  • Free delivery ≠ free installation: We do not provide installation, assembly, or unpacking services. The carrier will leave the package at your doorstep or mailbox.

Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery (refer to our Refund Policy). Please inspect your package promptly upon receipt.
