Refund Policy

Returns are accepted exclusively for merchandise that is faulty or was harmed during shipping. We do not accept returns for any other reasons (such as a change of mind or incorrect size). Please review the following terms carefully.

Conditions for a Return

  • Faulty items: The product does not perform as intended because of a manufacturing flaw.
  • Shipping damage: The order arrives with visible breakage, crushing, or other harm caused by the delivery carrier.

Items must remain unused and in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

⚠️ Deadline for reporting shipping damage: Any damage caused by transit must be reported within 72 hours after delivery (based on tracking confirmation). Please send photos showing the damaged product and the outer box to support@gobsmacked.shop. Reports submitted after 72 hours cannot be honored.

Return Postage

Faulty or shipping-damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Returns for non-qualifying reasons: These are not permitted. If you send an unauthorized return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back, and no refund will be issued.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Reach out to us by email: support@gobsmacked.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide documentation: Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage (including the packaging).
  3. Assessment: Our team will evaluate your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. Return approval: If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
  5. Send the item back: Pack the merchandise securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  6. Inspection: After we receive the returned package, we will examine the item to confirm the defect or damage.
  7. Refund issuance: We will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method (PayPal or the card used via PayPal).

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds are typically completed within 3 business days following our receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (PayPal / the credit or debit card used through PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products without any defect or shipping damage.
  • Items where shipping damage is reported beyond the 72‑hour window.
  • Items that are not in their original, unused condition.

Order Cancellations & Non‑Refundable Charges

If you cancel an order after payment has been processed, please be aware that any non‑refundable transaction fees imposed by PayPal or your financial institution cannot be reimbursed (these are fees charged by the payment processor). This includes any international transaction fees or PayPal’s fixed charges. Since these are third‑party costs, they fall outside our control.

There is no “final interpretation” clause. This policy stands as written and is governed solely by its explicit terms.
